Hi team! 

We are looking forward to hosting Brentwood on Monday evening. We want to acknowledge that the men's USA world cup match begins at 7pm CST that night.

We've had a few families need to pull from the meet because of this, so we wanted to reach out to all of our swimming families and ask that you update your swimmer's commitment on swimtopia as soon as possible if your plans have changed. We are coordinating with Brentwood, so we need to have an accurate count of swimmers as well as our volunteers by tomorrow, Jul 3, at noon. 

Because we need to set up the computers near the television, we will not be able to keep the match on TV during the meet. We promise that we will do our absolute best to run the meet as quickly as possible. Feel free to reach out to one of the parent reps if you have any questions.
