Thanks for volunteering!!!

You (or another adult in your household) are scheduled to volunteer at tomorrow night's swim meet. Please plan to arrive at the pool and check in with a parent rep between 4:30-4:45 to collect your nametag, any needed supplies, and your job description.

Hospitality - one of your roles is to assist swimmers in finding their events on the posted heat sheets and learning how to write on their arms/legs. Please make sure you are there by 4:30 as swimmers begin to arrive. If you have questions, find one of the parent reps, and we can help!

We do our best to align with signups, but sometimes volunteer assignments must be changed to best suit the club’s needs. If you are working as a timer, there will be a team meeting at 5:15.

ALL volunteers are expected to stay for the FULL meet, even if your swimmer has completed their events.

If you find yourself unable to fulfill your shift, please try your best to find a substitute. Babysitters, grandparents, etc. are not permitted to fill in without prior approval from a parent rep. If all else fails, please notify a parent rep ASAP if you cannot make it. Failure to complete volunteer shifts may result in removal from the team.
