Hi Swim Families!

Next Wednesday, 6/4, we have our time time trials and team photos! The most important thing to do right now is make sure your swimmers are committed for this meet. Go to "Meets & Events" > "Signup Calendar" > "Meet Entry" and edit swimmers availability. 

Katie and I will be out of town for this meet, so if you are volunteering for time trials, please see Amy Oliver for job details when you arrive. She will be taking care of running things in our absence. 

With photos tacked onto our meet schedule, here are some things to keep in mind:

*please arrive as early as possible

*be ready for photos (swimsuit on, etc.)

*if choosing to get individual photos do those asap once you arrive

*photo ordering forms will be available when you arrive at the pool 

Here is our timeline for Wednesday's pictures/meet:

3:30pm individual photos begin

4:05pm line up for team photo

4:15pm team photo

5:00pm warmups (or possibly before depending on how quickly team photo goes)

5:30pm meet begins
