Hi Swim Families! We are so excited about tomorrow. There are a lot of details for swimmers and volunteers, so please be sure to read this email thoroughly. Thank you for your support in making sure tomorrow runs smoothly!

Arrival:

Please arrive at 7:15 to get your swimmer settled in the bullpen area of the main gym. There will be a large CSC Banner and CSC A-Z Roster Sheets hanging in our area. Please have your swimmer’s name and events clearly printed on their arm. Your swimmer will need to stay in the bullpen until they have completed ALL of their events.

Volunteers:

Volunteer check in will begin at 7:30 in the gym. EVERY VOLUNTEER needs to check in at this time, regardless of shift start time. You will receive your name tag, any supplies you’ll need, and instructions for your assignment. Some jobs will have a mandatory meeting at 8:15, and both shift A and B workers need to be present for these meetings (if volunteering, see attached document for meeting info). Shift change will occur after the Free Relay events are complete. If you are working shift B, please be mindful of this and arrive at your assigned station on time. There will be floating volunteers in all areas to provide breaks and assistance. DO NOT leave your assigned station without first discussing with this volunteer. See attached document with volunteer assignments and descriptions.

Info for Swimmers:

Crestwood swimmers will warm up in lanes 1-3 from 7:40-8:00am. The meet will start promptly at 8:30am. There will not be concessions available, so families will need to bring their own food and water. Please remind your swimmer to clean up after themselves, and that there is no running, rough play, or balls allowed in the gym or pool deck area.

Info for Families:

Please note that no one will be allowed on the pool deck except for authorized volunteers and swimmers. You will be able to watch your swimmer from the bleachers above the pool. Please print off any heat sheets you may need for spectators. The link for heat sheets and Alpha rosters will be sent in a separate email and be available on the Swimtopia app.
